👋🏻 Hi there!
I’m Eve-Lareine (but you can call me Evie), a Toronto-based product designer with a background in graphic and visual design.
I design with intention, combining visual storytelling, product thinking, and UX to create digital experiences that are clear, thoughtful, and engaging. My foundation in graphic design shapes how I approach hierarchy, structure, and visual systems, while my product design practice helps me turn complex problems into intuitive, meaningful experiences.
I’ve worked across finance, healthcare, and non-profit sectors, and I’m especially interested in projects where strategy, creativity, and people intersect.
💻 Working in Fintech
I’m currently working as a Product Designer at CapIntel, where we empower wealth firms to scale trust and transparency through compelling presentations that explain advice, strengthen relationships, and grow their business. I’ve designed dozens of tailored presentation templates for our clients, and am now shaping the product features that enable them to create, customize, and manage those presentations themselves.
🎓 Education
I completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Design Research, after earning my Honours Bachelor of Design (BDes) from the York University & Sheridan College Program in Design (YSDN). Understanding Antibiotic Resistance focused on analysis, synthesis, and visual communication of complex information.
🎨 In my Down Time
Outside of my professional work, I come from a fine arts background and enjoy painting, illustrating, and photography, alongside music, fiction books, and film.
