Unplugged is CapIntel’s annual company retreat. Its purpose is to foster in-person connections among colleagues–to learn about one another, build trust, and strengthen our ability to work collaboratively. It’s about depending relationships and creating shared experiences that carry into our day-to-day work.

CapIntel unplugs to reconnect, build teams, listen, and sweat to create magical moments with one another.

Logo

The Unplugged retreat identity is expressed through a logo set into the “off” position of a toggle button, creating a clear visual cue that aligns with the retreat’s theme. The design is simple, scalable, and aligned with our company’s visual identity. You can see it represented throughout the rest of the event collateral.

Name Tags & Lanyards

The base colour palette, font, and photography style all pull from the CapIntel brand. However, small changes were made to add an element of uniqueness to these Unplugged materials. I wanted to capture the energy of Mont Tremblant, where the retreat took place, as well as to add some magical moments of delight.
